Q. How do I know which program is right for me?
A. Once we meet for your fitness consultation we will clearly define your goals and take a look at the different programs we offer. We will show you the one that is the best match for your fitness goals.
Q. What kind of results can I expect?
A. It honestly depends on how often you workout and how committed you are to achieving your goals and to your program. Our personal trainers are available to help you get the most out of your fitness and nutrition program and will provide you with the necessary tools you need to succeed. You should meet with your fitness trainer at least three times per week for optimal results. On average, most clients lose approximately 2 pounds of body fat per week and often will lose 5-15 pounds of fat in a six-week period, and keep it off…for good!
Q. Do I need to have equipment if I am going to be working with a trainer in my home?
A. No, nearly all of our in-home clients have little or no equipment at all and get amazing results. Unless you are into power lifting, or competitive bodybuilding, you don't need a lot of equipment. All that is needed is to provide the necessary stimulus to the muscles in a systematic and progressive manner to produce results and prevent injury! We will be more than happy to provide a demo session to show you how amazing an in home personal session can be.
Q. Can I share my training sessions with a friend or family member?
Absolutely, our Personal Fitness Training Programs offer semi-private and small group-training packages, which allow you to train with your friends or family members and is a great option if you want to get quality training at a great price.
Q. What does your semi private personal training consist of?
A. Semi private personal training consists of coaching and program supervision from a certified personal fitness trainer along with one or two other persons. You reap the rewards of one on one coaching at the fraction of the cost! You can share the benefits of personal training with your spouse, neighbors, friends or relatives. You see, since most of the work with your program design is done “behind the scenes”; you will get great results while working in a small group setting. In addition, the combination of professional instruction, group support, and accountability from the other exercisers in your group means you have a greater chance of adhering to your program.
Q. How often should I meet with a personal trainer?
A. This depends on how fast you want to see results. Most of our clients do best when they meet with a personal trainer 3 times per week. The more frequently you meet with your trainer the faster you'll see results and achieve your goals and there are several reasons for this... accountability, consistency, motivation, guidance, support…the list goes on! You’ll work much harder with your trainer than you will on your own!
